At House & Land World our mission is to offer the simplest, safest and most affordable path to home ownership for first home buyers in Victoria.

With a wide range of products, from leading brands, our clients can showcase their individual style and flair with selections that will transform their house into their home.

Our experienced Colour Specialist team is on hand at the studio to guide our clients through the showroom to offer professional design advise with opportunities to layout colour samples and experiment with different combinations to suit their individual style. Our electrical professionals will also assist by taking the guess work out of choosing complicated lighting, theatre, audio visual systems, home automation and security equipment including CCTV.
