We’re kicking off the Push Up Challenge today!
The challenge aims to raise awareness of mental health support, educate others and prompt your physical fitness. Over 25 days you’re challenged to do 3,318 push-ups, putting the spotlight on the number of lives lost in 2019 due to suicide.
