Mahercorp separates from Burbank Group partnership

After a successful three-year partnership, Mahercorp has left the Burbank Group and will continue to operate as an independent business.

The two parent companies partnered in 2016 to create a strategy aimed at driving innovation within the industry and delivering high-quality products and customer service.

Though the partnership has come to a natural and amicable end, Burbank Group Managing Director Jarrod Sanfilippo and Mahercorp CEO Steve Maher will continue to advise each other on future business and projects.

“The partnership has been a fruitful one, but has run its course,” says Steve Maher. “The parting will allow me to focus solely on the business, developing a fresh and new direction for 2020.”

The separation will not affect any employees, clients or suppliers, and all procedures and operations will continue as usual.

Mahercorp was founded in 2002, with a vision of putting the heart back into building homes in Victoria. The company comprises two award-winning brands, Urbanedge Homes and Eight Homes, both of which continue to enjoy significant growth.

The separation from the Burbank Group signals the beginning of a new phase of growth and opportunity, and Mahercorp remains committed to creating unique building spaces and timeless designs with customer satisfaction as a priority.

“I look forward to leading Mahercorp into its next stage, as we continue to seek growth opportunities and provide excellent service and outcomes to our customers.” says Steve.
